Owner

Paul Divito

Paul has a diverse martial arts background, starting with Judo at a young age and progressing to Aikido and Karate. He also has extensive teaching experience, including six years of seminars in high school and managing three dojos. Additionally, he competed in IFBB bodybuilding shows from 1992 to 1995 in Southern Ontario. Pau ls the owner of Small Town Fitness and is excited to bring a health and wellness studio to the community.

Systema - Russian Martial Arts Instructor 

Anthony da Costa 

Antony will be teaching Systema at Small Town Fitness. Systema principles are purely grounded on physics, biomechanics, physiology, psychology, and reality.

Systema is combat oriented not competition oriented and it addresses all ranges of conflict with natural, free

body movement.

Systema does not require you to follow rigid postures, or
rules - other than moral ones, thus your movements will be natural and fluid.

This allows you to respond to conflict in a way that is best suited to you, in terms of your present: age, height, weight, strength, flexibility, natural aptitudes, etc...

Everyone's expression of Systema will be somewhat different. Discover your instinctive, innate strengths.
It is likened to being taught to paint and then expressing yourself in your paintings.

Fitness Instructor 

Danielle Thompson

Hi Small Town Fitness Family! I’m Danielle and I’m so excited to be teaching a Wuk Up Yuh Waist class at Small Town Fitness! I'll share some information about myself - I am a small town girl, I am a PhD student at the University of Waterloo and have a dog named Bruce who I love to pieces. I am an Auntie to a beautiful niece and nephew and hold family very close to my heart. I am also a musician and play in a band with my family.

I'm so excited to share Wuk Up Yuh Waist with you. It's movement, It’s dance, It’s exercise, but it’s so much more. It’s YOU time, It’s a mindset, It’s self love, It’s a community full of passion and support. Wuk Up Yuh Waist is not just a dance fitness class. It’s time spent loving yourself, your body, and your mind exactly as you are. I can’t wait to show you why I fell in love with this dace/exercise style.

Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

Jenn Mansour

Jenn has been a certified personal trainer through CPTN since 2019, a pre and postnatal fitness coach since 2021 and a certified nutrition coach since 2023. She also specializes in fascial release. Jenn is the owner of JennEm Fitness and will be teaching Bootcamp classes at the studio as well as offering 1:1 Personal Training Services.  Her focus is to empower and motivate her clients to push their bodies and celebrate what they can do.  Celebrate your strengths and build small habits that become a lifetime of change and healthy practice.

Melissa Seitz Marr 

Melissa has been teaching group fitness since 2018. She was born and raised in Burford and is excited to help others take charge of their health and wellness. She loves to inspire others to develop the confidence they need to become their best selves.

Monica Lalani

Hi Small Town Community! My name is Monica Lalani, and I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I have recently become a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) My passion lies in strength training, and I am incredibly passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Having grown up in a fitness-oriented environment, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, and I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise with my clients. Together, we can work towards reaching your fitness goals and creating a healthier, happier you!
